Black’s Barbecue and Sargento Cheese recently came together for a one-of-a-kind brisket grilled cheese experience that left foodies craving more!
As part of National Grilled Cheese Month, the pop-up event in Austin featured Sargento’s rich, melty cheese paired with Black’s legendary true Texas BBQ. The collaboration saw Sargento’s Creamery Slices providing the perfect, gooey melt while Black’s famous beef brisket and sausage added a delicious smoky twist.
One of the fan-favorite creations? The Brisket Grilled Cheese: a mouth watering bbq sandwich loaded with Sargento Creamery Cheddar, Black’s slow-smoked beef brisket and sausage, finished off with honey and pickles for that extra burst of flavor. The combination of Black’s BBQ beef brisket and Sargento’s commitment to quality cheese turned this grilled cheese sandwich into the ultimate comfort food.
The event, held in celebration of National Grilled Cheese Month, saw a great turnout, with fans from all over Austin lining up for a bite. Social media buzz followed, with fans raving about the flavor-packed creations. The event was a limited-time experience, but you can make your own brisket grilled cheese sandwich at home with a stop in to Black’s Barbecue and your local grocery store for Sargento cheese.
